Returns

At ME Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.

Cooling-Off Period for Online Purchases

In accordance with South African electronic commerce legislation, customers may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn.
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • All tags, certificates, and accessories are included.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect or error, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item;
  • Replace the item; or
  • Provide a full refund.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly supplied items will be covered by ME Jewelry.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
  • Engraved items.
  • Special-order products made to customer specifications.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer support team at [your email address].
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide return instructions.
  4. Securely package the item and return it using a trackable courier service.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Depending on your financial institution, the funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.
