1. Shipping Locations

ME Jewelry currently ships throughout South Africa.

No international shipping available for products sold by ME Jewelry

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be longer.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location;
  • Package size and weight;
  • Selected delivery method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Free Shipping

ME Jewelry may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable conditions will be displayed on our website.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions;
  • Severe weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • High shipping volumes;
  • Power outages or network disruptions;
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

ME Jewelry shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

ME Jewelry will not be responsible for:

  • Deliveries made to incorrectly supplied addresses;
  • Delays resulting from incomplete address information;
  • Additional shipping costs incurred due to address corrections.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

8. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Ownership of the products remains with ME Jewelry until full payment has been received and cleared.

9. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting a damaged shipment, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photographs of the packaging;
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s).

We will investigate the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to ME Jewelry.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

11. International Orders

ME Jewelry does not offer international shipping for products purchased on our website.
